Accounts & Authentication
Browsing the catalogue, viewing product pages, and starting a WhatsApp order do not require an account. We do not store passwords for browsing.
Where login is offered, sessions are handled over HTTPS by our hosting provider.
Data we collect
We collect the minimum needed to fulfil orders: items you add to a WhatsApp order and the contact details you choose to send us. We do not ask for card numbers or bank credentials on this site.
Standard server logs (IP, user agent, request paths) are retained for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
Payments
Payments are completed off-site via M-Pesa or in-person on delivery. We never receive your M-Pesa PIN, and card data is not entered on this webapp.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this webapp.
Subprocessors & integrations
The webapp is hosted on Lovable's platform. Orders are forwarded to our team via WhatsApp using a click-to-chat link — no message contents are stored by us until we receive them in WhatsApp.
Data retention & deletion
Order conversations live in WhatsApp under our standard business retention. To request deletion of personal data you've shared with us, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you've found a security issue with this webapp, please email us before public disclosure so we can investigate and fix it.
