By interacting with our DE AI system and filling out checkout details on this web application, you enter into a binding consumer agreement regulated under the laws of Kenya, including the Law of Contract Act (Cap 23) and the Consumer Protection Act.

• All transaction intents originate via our designated checkout interface panel.
• An order is formally recorded and recognized only after the system dynamically issues a sequential unique invoice track identifier formatted as DE-YYMMDD-XXXX.
• Re-engaging with the retail interface for separate items triggers an independent browsing session, creating an entirely unique transactional contract sequence to prevent bundle confusion.

All prices listed on the application are strictly designated in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). In compliance with fair-trading guidelines, the price presented inside your checkout box is final — no hidden handling surcharges or unannounced fees will be added post-submission.
